MYSTERY PHOTOGRAPH.

The Motherwell Masonic Instruction Class, formed in October 1903, from members of Lodges 406 and 573.

The exact date of the photograph is unknown, but is almost certainly circa 1903-4. The first President and most prominent Instructor, being none other than Brother William Dempster PM Lodge 305, and an Honorary Member of 573, here seated centre of the front row. The only surviving Minute Book shows the class was still active in 1908.
